Requires written parental or guardian consent before using a minor's picture, image, or likeness in advertisements

Prohibits using AI-generated images depicting a specific minor in advertisements, regardless of consent

Creates a private right of action allowing minors or their parents/guardians to sue for actual damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, injunctive relief, attorney's fees, and court costs

Expands Maine's existing criminal law on sexually explicit material to include AI-generated images depicting minors under 16 in sexually explicit conduct (Class C crime) or under 12 (Class B crime)

Maintains existing exception for material depicting 14-15 year olds when the person is less than 5 years older than the depicted person
