Authorizes the Director of the Bureau of Parks and Lands to convey the State's interest in 47 leased lots and 14 adjacent vacant lots in Lincoln Plantation via quitclaim deed

Requires a survey to determine lot boundaries before conveyance; survey costs may be paid by the bureau and factored into the purchase price, but recording costs may not be paid by the bureau

Authorizes a land exchange in Sandy River Plantation of a small leased parcel plus up to 0.25 acres for a deeded right-of-way across an adjacent parcel in a value-for-value transaction

Enacted pursuant to Maine Constitution Article IX, Section 23, which requires a 2/3 vote of both legislative chambers to reduce or substantially alter state conservation or recreation lands

Approved by the Governor on May 2, 2025 as Chapter 22 of the Resolves
