Removes language from Maine's tobacco products tax definition that included products containing "natural or artificial nicotine" when those products do not also contain tobacco

Amends 36 MRSA §4401, sub-§9 to narrow the definition of taxable "tobacco products" to items made from or derived from tobacco only

Electronic smoking devices and e-liquids remain taxable regardless of whether they contain nicotine, as they are specifically listed in the statute

Products like nicotine pouches or gums that contain nicotine but no tobacco would no longer be subject to Maine's tobacco products tax under this change
