Creates lifetime ferry passes for retired Maine State Ferry Service employees who worked at least 15 years and are year-round residents of islands served by the ferry system

Provides unlimited walk-on passenger passage to and from the retiree's island of residence

Allows one round-trip vehicle passage per month during peak season and two round-trips per month during off-peak season for noncommercial vehicles 20 feet or less with 4 or fewer tires

Waives all reservation fees when the lifetime pass is presented at booking
