Establishes a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years with no suspension for gross sexual assault against victims under 12 years of age, increasing from the current 20-year minimum

Requires mandatory life imprisonment for repeat offenders convicted of gross sexual assault against victims under 12, including those with prior convictions from other jurisdictions for substantially similar conduct

Creates a new 25-year mandatory minimum sentence with no suspension for aggravated sex trafficking when the defendant knowingly promoted prostitution of a child under 12

Amends Title 17-A MRSA §253-A and §1604 of Maine's criminal code to implement these sentencing requirements
