Establishes a phased minimum salary increase for certified teachers and career and technical education teachers: $45,000 (2026-2027), $47,500 (2027-2028), $50,000 (2028-2029), and $52,500 (2029-2030)

Beginning in 2030-2031, minimum salary will automatically adjust annually based on the Chained Consumer Price Index cost-of-living calculation

Requires school administrative units to report annually by October 1st the number of teachers eligible for incremental salary increases

State will increase funding allocations to qualifying school districts (those with minimum salaries below $45,000) to help cover the mandated salary increases through fiscal year 2028-29

Takes effect June 30, 2026, replacing the previous minimum salary provisions established in 2019 and 2021
