Establishes a Conviction Integrity Unit within the Attorney General's Office, separate from the Criminal Division, with its director reporting directly to the Attorney General

Reviews convictions from the Attorney General's Office or any district attorney to determine whether clear and convincing evidence of actual innocence exists

May initiate reviews on its own or upon application from any person when cases involve plausible innocence claims, constitutional violations, prosecutorial misconduct, or fairness concerns

Requires referral of credible prosecutorial misconduct evidence to the Board of Overseers of the Bar

Mandates annual reports to the Legislature's Judiciary Committee by March 1st detailing applications received, convictions reviewed, and outcomes including any post-conviction petitions filed
