Expands grounds for probation revocation to include contact with victims of other crimes for which the individual received concurrent or consecutive sentences, not just victims of the specific crime tied to the current split sentence

Allows probation revocation when an individual contacts a victim protected under a related sentence's probation conditions, even if that probation was already revoked prior to the contact

Amends Title 17-A MRSA §1805 to change "an unsuspended portion" to "any unsuspended portion" of the term of imprisonment
