Secondary students in school districts with 200 or fewer students (based on April 1st count) may enroll in another district's secondary school upon acceptance

Parents must notify their resident school superintendent of intent to transfer by April 1st and provide an acceptance letter from the receiving school by May 1st

Receiving school districts invoice the resident district quarterly at the per-pupil rate, capped at the state maximum allowable tuition rate

Amends 20-A MRSA §5204 by adding a new subsection specifically for small secondary schools
