Grants agricultural employees the right to engage in concerted activity for mutual aid or protection, including discussing wages and working conditions with coworkers, employers, third parties, and media

Covers workers in farming, dairying, livestock, forestry/lumbering operations, and those involved in canning, processing, freezing, storing, and distributing agricultural produce, meat, fish, and perishable foods

Prohibits employers from interfering with, surveilling, interrogating, coercing, retaliating against, or discharging employees who engage in protected concerted activity

Assigns enforcement to the Maine Labor Relations Board, which may order reinstatement with back pay and other remedies for violations; complaints must be filed within 6 months

Extends protections to agricultural workers who are currently excluded from coverage under the federal National Labor Relations Act
