State Auditor must conduct a comprehensive audit of all state agencies and compile a detailed report for each agency

Report must include current employee counts and new hires over the past 5, 10, 15, and 20 years

Report must document current and projected budgets, plus budget growth over the past 5, 10, 15, and 20 years

Each agency's jurisdiction, roles, responsibilities, and project status (current, completed, and incomplete) over 20 years must be included

Report due to the Legislature's Appropriations and Financial Affairs Committee by November 4, 2026
