Repeals weekly work hour limits for 16-17 year olds: the current 50-hour cap when school is not in session and 24-hour cap when school is in session

Removes daily work hour restrictions: the 6-hour limit on school days and 10-hour limit on non-school days, plus the 6 consecutive days maximum

Eliminates time-of-day restrictions that currently prohibit 16-17 year olds from working after 10:15 p.m. before school days, after midnight on other days, and before 7 a.m. on school days (5 a.m. on other days)

Removes the prohibition on employing minors under 17 during public school hours in their town or city of residence

Repeals employer record-keeping requirements regarding work hours for minors and removes the existing exemption for marine work from certain hour restrictions
