Removes the overtime exemption for employees whose primary duty is teaching and imparting knowledge, making them eligible for overtime pay under Maine law

Amends 26 MRSA §663, sub-§3, ¶K, which currently exempts salaried executive, administrative, and professional employees earning above a salary threshold from overtime requirements

Teachers would become eligible for overtime regardless of their salary level, unlike other professional employees who remain exempt if earning more than 3,000 times the state minimum hourly wage annually
