Appropriates $250,000 from the General Fund in FY 2025-26 ($205,145 for Personal Services, $44,855 for All Other costs)

Appropriates $250,000 from the General Fund in FY 2026-27 ($211,710 for Personal Services, $38,290 for All Other costs)

Total two-year appropriation is $500,000 as a one-time funding initiative
