Expands the definition of "campaign-related purposes" under the Maine Clean Election Act to include paid caregiving services for dependent family members

Allows certified Clean Election candidates to use public campaign funds for caregiving services provided to the candidate, spouse, or domestic partner

Caregiving expenses qualify only when the need is directly connected to campaign activities during the election cycle and would not exist without the campaign

Amends 21-A MRSA §1125, sub-§6 governing restrictions on contributions and expenditures for certified candidates
