Eliminates general supervision fees currently imposed on individuals during their term of probation under Maine Criminal Code

Removes fees charged to probationers who request temporary leave from the court's jurisdiction when their probation requires them to remain within that jurisdiction

Repeals four sections of Maine statute (17-A MRSA §1752, §1754, §1807 sub-§6, and §1807 sub-§8) that authorized these probation fee conditions

Amends juvenile probation provisions in 15 MRSA §3314 to remove reference to the eliminated fee condition
