Nonprofit charitable, educational, civic, fraternal, religious, veterans, and similar organizations may conduct beano games without a license or registering with the Department of Public Safety's Gambling Control Unit under specific conditions

Games must be offered exclusively to groups where at least 90% of participants are under 18 years of age, or to incorporated community organizations, agencies, or institutions

Games must be held on the premises of the nonprofit organization conducting the beano, and no fee may be charged to participate

Persons under 16 years of age may participate in beano games conducted under this new exemption
