Candidates for the Maine House or Senate may only participate as a certified Maine Clean Election Act candidate once every 15 years for either chamber of the Legislature

Adds a new certification requirement that candidates must not have participated as a certified Clean Election candidate for the same House of the Legislature within the prior 15 years

Amends Title 21-A MRSA §1125, which governs the declaration of intent and certification process for publicly funded candidates
