Requires sellers of live event tickets and short-term lodging (hotels, vacation rentals, etc.) to display the total price including all mandatory fees more prominently than other pricing information in all advertisements

Mandates complete itemization of fees showing the nature, purpose, and amount of each mandatory fee such as resort fees, service charges, and convenience fees

Prohibits misrepresenting fees or excluding mandatory fees from advertised prices without clear disclosure before the consumer consents to purchase

Authorizes enforcement by the Attorney General and creates a private right of action for harmed consumers

Violations subject to treble damages and penalties up to $5,000 per occurrence
