Amends Maine law (23 MRSA §3121) governing cost-sharing for private road maintenance among property owners who share a common benefit from the road

Establishes a 30-day delinquency period for unpaid maintenance costs after a written demand is delivered to the property owner at their municipal tax record address

Requires written demands to include the vendor's name, purpose of the repair or maintenance, and the date the vendor was paid

Allows property owners who share a common benefit in the road to bring civil action against delinquent owners for the amount owed plus interest, filing fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees

Clarifies that residential properties may only be assessed one share of repair and maintenance costs regardless of how many owners are on record for that property
