Amends MCL 750.169 to modernize language regarding disruption of religious meetings by replacing archaic terms with contemporary phrasing.

Establishes that a person who willfully interrupts or disturbs any assembly of people met for worship of God, whether inside or outside the meeting place, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Increases penalties for disrupting religious services to imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $5,000.00, or both.

Removes the reference to "the first day of the week" from the statute, making the prohibition applicable to disruptions at any time.
