Amends the Recreational Authorities Act (2000 PA 321) to expand the definition of "municipality" to include school districts, allowing them to participate in recreational authorities.

Defines "school district" as one that posts all spending information on its website and updates that information at least quarterly, with an exception for school districts that levy millage under 1917 PA 156 for public recreation and playgrounds.

Adds new defined terms including "public historic farm" (public land with buildings offering agricultural, historical, and community recreation programs) and reorganizes existing definitions within Section 3.

Maintains existing definitions for key terms such as "authority," "board," "district," "park," and "territory of the authority" with no substantive changes to those provisions.
