Requires architects to have 8 years of professional experience (including up to 6 years of education), pass an examination, demonstrate good moral character, and provide 5 references (3 from licensed architects)

Requires professional engineers to have 8 years of professional experience (including up to 6 years of education), a baccalaureate degree in engineering from an accredited program, pass engineering fundamentals and professional practice exams, and provide 5 references (3 from professional engineers)

Requires land surveyors to have 8 years of professional experience (including up to 5 years of education), a degree in professional surveying or related field, pass surveying exams, and provide 5 references (3 from licensed surveyors)

Establishes that all licensing requirements must be completed within 10 years of application; allows individuals with disabilities to use special equipment and facilities during examinations without altering exam content or format
