Authorizes the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards to impose reasonable fees for services related to private security businesses and security alarm operations under sections 37-42 of the Private Security Business and Security Alarm Act (1968 PA 330)

Fees must be paid by the private college or university receiving the services and cannot exceed the commission's actual costs for performing agreed-upon duties

Takes effect immediately upon enactment, contingent on House Bill No. 5095 of the 95th Legislature also being enacted into law

Approved by the Governor on May 13, 2010 with effective date of May 13, 2010
