Creates the "Emergency Contraceptive Education Act" as Part 98 of Michigan's Public Health Code.

Requires the Department of Community Health to develop and disseminate information on emergency contraceptives to the public, including descriptions of use, safety, efficacy, and availability.

Mandates the Department to provide health care professionals and health facilities with information on emergency contraceptives, including recommendations for appropriate use cases.

Authorizes the Department to distribute information through nonprofit organizations, consumer groups, institutions of higher education, federal/state/local agencies, health facilities, and media.

Establishes legislative findings that emergency contraception can prevent up to 89% of unintended pregnancies and that 9 in 10 women of reproductive age remain unaware of this method.
