• Establishes the "Mozelle senior or vulnerable adult medical alert act" to create a response system for reports of missing seniors (age 60+) and vulnerable adults who cannot return home without assistance.

• Requires law enforcement agencies to prepare detailed reports upon notification of missing seniors or vulnerable adults, including physical descriptions, last known location, and preliminary investigation findings.

• Mandates law enforcement to immediately forward missing person information to relevant jurisdictions, other law enforcement agencies upon request, and broadcasters in areas where the missing person may be located.

• Requests broadcasters and newspapers to notify the public of a "senior or vulnerable adult medical alert" and publish descriptions and relevant information to assist in locating the missing person.

• Grants broadcasters and newspapers civil immunity from liability for publishing alert information provided by law enforcement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful, wanton, or intentional misconduct.
