Amends the zoning ordinance requirements in Michigan's land use law to include public transportation facilities as a consideration in comprehensive plans.

Requires local units of government that adopt or revise plans after an airport layout plan or approach plan has been filed to incorporate the airport plan into their adopted plan.

Prohibits zoning ordinance amendments or variances adopted after March 28, 2001 from increasing inconsistencies between zoning and airport regulations or plans.

Limits the public transportation requirement to plans adopted or substantively amended more than 90 days after the effective date of this amendment.

Effective immediately upon Governor's approval on December 17, 2010.
