Exempts prosecuting attorneys from paying court of appeals fees for appeals, applications for leave to appeal, original proceedings, and motions for immediate consideration or expedited appeals.

Reduces court of appeals motion fees from $100.00 to $75.00 effective October 1, 2012, and reduces motion fees for immediate consideration or expedited appeals from $200.00 to $150.00 effective October 1, 2012.

Exempts prosecuting attorneys from paying the $150.00 circuit court fee for filing claims of appeal or motions for leave to appeal from lower courts.

Exempts prosecuting attorneys from paying the $25.00 circuit court fee required upon appeal to the court of appeals or supreme court.

Restructures court of appeals fee provisions to create a new subsection (2) establishing the blanket prosecuting attorney exemption, moving existing provisions to subsequent subsection numbers.
