Adds "child support order" definition to require health entities to verify coverage for dependents named in court child support orders.

Requires health entities to provide monthly information to the Department of Community Health to identify individuals receiving both health coverage and medical assistance or subject to child support orders.

Prohibits entities from denying claims solely based on submission date, method, or format, provided claims are submitted within 3 years of service and state enforcement action is commenced within 6 years.

Prohibits entities from denying medical assistance claims due to lack of prior authorization and requires entities to adjudicate claims as if prior authorization had been requested.

Allows the Department of Community Health to share health coverage information with the Department of Human Services to update child support order databases.
