Amends the Michigan criminal sentencing guidelines to add human trafficking offenses and related crimes to the sentencing framework under MCL 777.16w

Establishes sentencing classes and maximum penalties for multiple human trafficking violations involving forced labor through physical harm, restraint, legal process abuse, document destruction, and blackmail (ranging from 10 years to life sentences)

Creates sentencing guidelines for human trafficking offenses involving minors, including recruiting minors for forced labor and obtaining minors for child sexual abuse (10 to life sentences)

Adds sentencing guidelines for labor trafficking offenses including providing or obtaining labor/services by force, fraud, or coercion (10 years to life depending on victim age and outcome)

Takes effect April 1, 2011, contingent upon the enactment of House Bills 5575, 5577, 5578, and 5579
