Adds Section 16b to the 1985 Victims' Rights Act requiring courts to order full restitution for victims of human trafficking offenses under Michigan Penal Code Chapter LXVIIA (MCL 750.462a to 750.462i)

Requires courts to calculate lost income using the method that results in the largest amount: gross value of victim's labor to defendant, minimum wage calculation, or income loss determined under existing law

Mandates restitution for transportation, temporary housing, and child care expenses incurred by the victim as a result of the offense

Requires restitution for attorney fees, investigation costs, and court attendance expenses including lost wages, child care, transportation, and parking

Permits courts to order restitution for any other loss suffered by the victim as a direct result of the offense, effective April 1, 2011, contingent on enactment of HB 5575, HB 5576, HB 5577, and HB 5578
