Requires persons operating agricultural labor camps in Michigan to apply to the department using forms and procedures prescribed by the department.

Establishes a nonrefundable application fee of $5.00 per person multiplied by the maximum occupancy of the camp at the time of application submission.

Applications must include the applicant's name and address, camp location, maximum occupancy, months of operation, description of housing structures, and details of sanitary, water, cooking, and sewage facilities.

Requires applications to be submitted at least 30 days before the proposed camp begins operation.

Effective date: March 16, 2010.
