Increases the maximum aggregate award per claimant from $20,000 to $25,000 under the crime victim compensation program.

Increases the maximum weekly reimbursement for lost earnings or support from $250 to $350 per week.

Authorizes awards of up to $500 for crime scene cleanup services after law enforcement permits cleanup, if the crime scene is at the victim's residence or a eligible person's residence.

Expands funeral expense awards to include up to $500 for grief counseling services for the victim's spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill 1003 and House Bill 5661 are also enacted into law.
