Amends Michigan's Revised Judicature Act to redefine what constitutes a nuisance, changing from "any building, vehicle, boat, aircraft, or place" to "a building, vehicle, boat, aircraft, or place" that meets specified conditions.

Establishes five categories of nuisances: property used for lewdness, assignation, prostitution, or gambling; property used by or kept for prostitutes or disorderly persons; property used for unlawful manufacture or sale of controlled substances; property used for unlawful manufacture or sale of intoxicating liquors; and property used for conduct prohibited by section 49 of the Michigan Penal Code.

Declares all furniture, fixtures, contents, and intoxicating liquors within nuisance properties are also declared nuisances subject to court injunction and abatement.

Establishes criminal liability for any person, servant, agent, or employee who owns, leases, conducts, or maintains a nuisance property as defined in the statute.

Defines "controlled substance" by reference to section 7104 of the Public Health Code (1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7104).
