Amends Michigan's Consumer Protection Act to expand the definition of unfair and deceptive trade practices in commerce, effective October 15, 2010.

Adds new prohibition on clothing donation boxes that misrepresent charitable donations by falsely marking boxes or displaying charity names/logos without actually donating proceeds to those organizations.

Requires clothing donation box operators to clearly disclose on the box or nearby signage the names, addresses, phone numbers, and percentage of property or proceeds each charitable organization and other recipient receives.

Defines "clothing donation box" as any receptacle with at least 27 cubic feet capacity for placing clothing or personal property intended for charitable donation.

Takes effect only if House Bill 5717 is also enacted into law.
