Adds "clothing donation box" definition as a receptacle with at least 27 cubic feet capacity for donating clothing or personal property to charitable organizations

Requires persons owning or operating clothing donation boxes to maintain current licensing under the Charitable Solicitations Act while boxes are accessible to the public

Prohibits marking donation boxes or signs to represent that donations go to charitable organizations unless they actually do, and prohibits displaying a charity's name, logo, or trademark unless that charity receives the property or proceeds

Requires clear and conspicuous disclosure on donation boxes listing names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all charitable organizations and other persons receiving property or proceeds when multiple recipients are involved

Exemptions apply to persons exempt from licensing and financial statement requirements under the Act's section 13
