Adds N-benzylpiperazine (BZP) and 1-benzylpiperazine to Michigan's Schedule 1 controlled substances list under the Public Health Code.

Removes the exception that previously allowed marijuana and certain synthetic cannabinoids to be regulated as Schedule 2 substances when dispensed in a specific manner under sections 7335 and 7336.

Maintains comprehensive lists of opiates, opium derivatives, and hallucinogenic substances already classified as Schedule 1 controlled substances, including heroin, LSD, psilocybin, and mescaline.

Defines "isomer" to include optical, position, and geometric isomers for purposes of controlled substance classification.
