Amends MCL 777.15b to add seven felonies to Chapter XVII sentencing guidelines covering unauthorized disclosure of social security numbers, living care disclosure violations, fraudulent conveyances, land sales fraud, and contractor-related offenses.

Establishes sentencing classifications and maximum penalties ranging from 3 to 10 years for the newly added felonies, including property and public trust violation categories.

Includes contractor fraud provisions with Class E felony (5-year maximum) for false sworn statements involving $1,000 to $20,000 and Class D felony (10-year maximum) for statements involving $20,000 or more or with prior convictions.

Contingent on enactment of House Bill No. 5830 of the 95th Legislature.

Effective immediately upon approval by the Governor on August 23, 2010.
