Recreation; fairs; Michigan state fair; authorize the department of management and budget to designate a fair as the Michigan state fair. Amends title & secs. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14a, 15a & 15b of 1978 PA 361 (MCL 285.161 et seq.) & repeals secs. 4, 9, 10 & 15 of 1978 PA 361 (MCL 285.164 et seq.).
