Amends the Public Health Code definition section for medical waste to add definitions of "pathogen," "pathological waste," "point of generation," "producing facility," and "products of conception"

Defines "products of conception" as tissues, fluids, placenta, umbilical cord, or other uterine contents from pregnancy, explicitly excluding fetus or fetal body parts

Renumbers existing definitions of "release," "response activity," "sharps," "storage," and "transport" from subsections (5)-(9) to subsections (6)-(10) to accommodate the new definition

Maintains existing definitions for medical waste handling including storage, transport, and response activities related to environmental protection and public health
