Requires retirees receiving retirement benefits under the County Government Act who are employed by counties with populations over 35,000 to forfeit their retirement benefits during any period of county employment, effective July 1, 2010.

County retirement systems must cease payment of retirement benefits to affected retirees and reinstate payment without recalculation once their county employment ends.

Exempts retirees employed by a county on June 30, 2010 from this requirement as long as they remain in the same position they held on that date.

Defines "employed by a county" to include direct county employment, independent contracting for the county, or indirect employment through contractual arrangements with third parties.
