Establishes the "Volunteer Driver's Protection Act" to provide liability immunity for individuals operating motor vehicles without compensation on behalf of nonprofit organizations serving senior citizens or disabled individuals.

Defines "compensation" to exclude reimbursement for actual expenses, stipends under the federal Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973, and financial assistance valued at less than two-thirds of the federal minimum wage if necessary for the driver to operate the vehicle.

Grants immunity from personal injury and property damage liability to volunteer drivers acting in good faith within the scope of their duties, provided the injury or damage was not caused by willful or wanton misconduct.

Protects volunteer drivers working for tax-exempt nonprofit organizations (as defined under 26 USC 501), including officers and directors of such organizations.

Preserves liability of the nonprofit organization itself, limiting immunity only to the individual volunteer driver.
