Authorizes persons to use roller skis on streets, highways, and bicycle paths in Michigan, subject to specified safety requirements.

Roller ski users must only operate during daytime hours between sunrise and sunset.

Roller ski users must wear a properly secured helmet and clothing with reflecting material, travel in single file except when passing, stay on the far right side, and use bicycle lanes or shoulders when available.

Roller ski users must travel in the same direction as vehicular traffic and refrain from unnecessary movement when being passed by motor vehicles.

Local governments may adopt ordinances prohibiting roller ski use on streets, highways, paths, and other areas within their jurisdiction.
