Expands reporting requirements for hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to include wounds or injuries caused by fireworks or pyrotechnics, in addition to existing requirements for weapon and violence-related injuries.

Requires hospitals, pharmacies, physicians, and surgeons to report fireworks or pyrotechnics injuries immediately by telephone and in writing to local police or county sheriff.

Mandates that fireworks or pyrotechnics injury reports be made to the state fire marshal in the manner and form prescribed by the state fire marshal.

Maintains existing immunity from civil and criminal liability for persons making good faith reports or cooperating in investigations, with a presumption of good faith that can only be rebutted by clear and convincing evidence.

Violation of reporting requirements remains a misdemeanor offense; physician-patient privilege cannot be used as a defense or reason to avoid reporting fireworks-related injuries.
