Amends Michigan's Public Health Code to require nursing home licensees to post a current license in an accessible area for patients, employees, and visitors.

Requires posting of the most recent inspection report received from the department and a department-provided description of complaint procedures with contact information.

Requires posting of any pending hearing notices or orders issued by the department or court, and a complete list of materials available for public inspection.

Requires posting of names and contact information for persons with ownership or control interests in the nursing home (as disclosed under section 20142) and for the nursing home administrator, nursing director, and other operational managers.

Requires posting within 10 days of a proposed sale or change in ownership or control being reported to the department, a copy of that proposed change report.
