Amends the McCauley-Traxler-Law-Bowman-McNeely lottery act to allow the lottery commissioner to contract for advertising and promotional material placement on club keno games and related media.

Prohibits advertising for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products on lottery tickets, except for advertising promoting responsible alcohol consumption.

Creates the club keno advertising fund within the state treasury to receive revenue from advertising contracts related to club keno games.

Directs the first $18,000,000 deposited annually into the club keno advertising fund to travel Michigan for the Pure Michigan campaign, with remaining balance distributed to the state school aid fund.

Changes "state lottery fund" to "funds" in the act's title and allows the state treasurer to invest fund assets and credit interest earnings back to the club keno advertising fund.
