Requires corporations and joint stock companies making independent expenditures to submit reports to the Secretary of State at least 5 days before the expenditure date, submitted electronically and immediately posted on the Secretary of State's website.

Reports must include the expenditure dates, amount, candidate referenced, names and addresses of the payee and filer, and names and addresses of all contributors to the expenditure.

Mandates printed communications include a disclaimer stating "Paid for with corporate or joint stock company funds" with the corporation's name and address, plus the name and photograph of the corporation's president in a clearly readable box.

Requires electronic communications (television, internet) to display the same disclaimer information legibly throughout the entire advertisement.

Requires radio communications to include the president's voice stating the disclaimer and identifying themselves as president of the corporation or joint stock company.

Takes effect only if House Bills 6182, 6184, 6185, 6186, 6187, and 6188 are all enacted into law.
