Prohibits corporations and joint stock companies from making independent expenditures if they are incorporated in or organized under laws of a foreign country.

Prohibits independent expenditures by subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, or joint ventures of foreign corporations or entities.

Prohibits independent expenditures by corporations that have received funds from foreign sources, except for bona fide payments for goods or services sold in foreign countries.

Prohibits independent expenditures by corporations where foreign nationals own or control 20% or more of voting shares, comprise a majority of the board of directors, or have power to direct decision-making regarding U.S. interests or election activities.

Prohibits any person from making independent expenditures using funds received from corporations prohibited under this section, except for normal salary or compensation from employment.

Defines "foreign national" as non-U.S. citizens, foreign governments or political subdivisions, and non-U.S. incorporated entities.

Takes effect only if House Bills 6182, 6183, 6184, 6185, 6187, and 6188 are also enacted into law.
