Amends the Michigan election law (1954 PA 116) to revise definitions in section 4 (MCL 168.4)

Expands definition of "school board member" to include board of trustees members of community colleges and intermediate school district board members where applicable

Defines "school district election coordinating committee" as either a single-jurisdiction committee (composed of school board secretary/designee, election commission, and election coordinator) or multi-jurisdiction committee (composed of school board secretary/designee, election coordinator, and clerks of affected cities/townships)

Establishes "school district election coordinator" as the city/township clerk for single-jurisdiction districts or the county clerk of the county with the most registered school district electors for multi-jurisdiction districts

Took effect immediately upon Governor's approval on September 30, 2010
