Increases the allocation to the secondary road patrol and training fund from $10.00 to $15.00 per civil infraction action where assessments are collected under Michigan vehicle code sections 629e or 907.

Maintains distribution of remaining justice system fund balance across 11 recipient funds including the highway safety fund (23.66%), court equity fund (24.33%), jail reimbursement program fund (11.84%), and Michigan justice training fund (11.84%).

Allocates smaller percentages to the state forensic laboratory fund (5.35%), state court fund (12.69%), drug treatment court fund (2.73%), sexual assault victims' medical forensic intervention fund (2.65%), and children's advocacy center fund (1.85%).

Directs 0.98% each to the state treasurer for monitoring collection and distribution, and to the state court administrative office for management assistance and audit functions.

Takes effect only upon enactment of Senate Bill or House Bill 6267.
